By booking a tour or purchasing a gift card, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Public Tours
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Public tour bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-shows are non-refundable.

Late arrivals may miss part or all of the tour and are not eligible for refunds.
Tour Cancellations by Build Tours
If Build Tours cancels a public tour due to weather, low attendance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

2. Private Tours
Cancellations & Rescheduling

In cases of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, Build Tours may cancel or reschedule a tour at its discretion.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.

Gift cards may be used toward any eligible Build Tours experience unless otherwise stated.
